We make every effort to accurately display the colors, designs, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of our artwork. Slight variations may exist between the product photos and the items you receive.

3.2 Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom or personalized items, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details (spelling, design elements, color choices) before production begins. Artwithmeshop is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Artwithmeshop reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is processed securely through Etsy's payment system. By completing a purchase, you agree to our payment terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to Connecticut.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Artwithmeshop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5.4 International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

5.5 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized items in their original, unused condition within:

7 days of delivery.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

- Personalized or custom-made items

- Digital downloads

- Items marked as final sale

6.2 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email (info@artwithme.shop) before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

8. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:

- Files are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.

- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.

- Files are provided as-is; technical support for file compatibility is limited.
